Whether you eat really well or need some adjustments in what you eat, being engaged and mindful about what goes in your mouth can make a big difference. We will look at the benefits of being mindful during meals, obstacles for mindful eating, and tips that you can use all year for better eating habits!
NHJeanette is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. After graduation Jeanette helped connect low income families with healthy food and nutrition education as a Registered Dietitian and Certifi ed Lactation Counselor with the WIC Program.
