This is another great recipe to customize with your favorite essential oils or blends. Try soothing lavender or something bright and uplifting like lemon or grapefruit. 10 drops of oil is a good place to start.
Remember – essential oils are very concentrated! Be cautious not to use too much to avoid irritated skin. Be safe, happy and healthy! And have some fun too!
INGREDIENTS:
½ Cup Oil (Organic Almond, Grapeseed, or Melted Coconut Oil)
1 Cup Fine Sea Salt (Any real sea salt works great. Celtic Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink are some of our favorites!)
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine sea salt and oil in small bowl.
- Stir with wooden spoon to mix.
- If mixture is too thin add more salt until desired consistency is reached.
- Store in airtight container.
